• The EazyBill software (referred to as the “Software”) is a versatile tool that enables users to create and send various documents, including but not limited to invoices, sales orders, quotations, delivery notes, and purchase orders. Additionally, the Software allows for automatic document sending, payment reminders, and tracking of inventory movement and received payments. The Software is primarily accessed through the User Interface and document templates available on the website eazybill.com.
• By using the EazyBill Software, you acknowledge and agree to use it solely for the purposes explicitly mentioned in this Agreement and within the bounds of applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices in your jurisdiction. You are authorized to use the Software strictly as an end user. Any use of the Software for purposes other than those expressly permitted in this Agreement requires the prior express approval of EazyBill. Unauthorized use of the Software, except as permitted in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties, including potential monetary damages.
• The EazyBill Services may include, but are not limited to, the Software and document templates. EazyBill may also provide updates, upgrades, replacements, or restorations of the EazyBill Services (referred to as “Updates”).
• By using the EazyBill Services, any associated updates, or any part thereof, or by clicking any acceptance or agreement button during the installation process, you unconditionally and expressly accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You also commit to fully comply with these terms and conditions, including any replacements or amendments that may be made from time to time. If you do not wish to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any future changes, please refrain from using the EazyBill Services or any applicable updates.
• Upon your unconditional acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any replacements or amendments, EazyBill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the EazyBill Services. This right is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any replacements or amendments, and remains valid only as long as you unconditionally accept and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This right terminates upon the termination of this Agreement, regardless of the reason for termination.
• Unless expressly permitted by EazyBill, the use of the EazyBill Services requires payment of a license fee or fees (referred to as the “License Fee” or “Fees”). The License Fee(s) may also be in the form of subscription fees (“Subscription Fee” or “Fees”). Different versions of the EazyBill Services, different parts of the EazyBill Services, different functionalities, features, or specifications may have varying License Fees.
• EazyBill offers a 15-day refund policy (“Return Policy” or “Refund Policy”) starting from the date of your initial payment for the Software, subject to the conditions outlined below. To request a refund, please send a notification to EazyBill via the email address provided on the website, using the same email used for the payment process. This notification must be sent within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of your initial payment for the Software, following the creation of your account. Upon receipt of your request, we will process a refund of the paid license fee, excluding any payment processing fees, to the same account from which the license fee was originally paid.
• If you haven’t downgraded your account to the free version, EazyBill will delete your account, and the agreement will be terminated without delay, without any further formalities, judicial or extrajudicial procedures. After such termination, you will no longer have any rights in relation to the Software. To be eligible for a refund, please complete the following model format and notify EazyBill. Failure to provide this notification in the specified format will result in ineligibility for the refund policy:

1. You are eligible for a refund if the request is made within 15 days from the date of the transaction.
2. The software license has not been used to activate the software.

• This agreement remains valid during promotional or trial periods, or for the duration for which you have paid or were charged the license fee(s), unless terminated as per this agreement or applicable legal regulations. EAZYBILLS will make reasonable efforts to remind you to extend/renew the license agreement before the expiration of each payment period. If you choose not to extend/renew the license agreement, at the end of the payment period, EAZYBILLS will make reasonable efforts to downgrade your account to the free version. If no downgrade is performed and you are not using the free version, EAZYBILLS will delete your account, resulting in the rightful termination of the agreement on the date of deletion. No further delays, formalities, judicial or extrajudicial procedures will be involved, and you will have no further rights in relation to the Software. Unless otherwise permitted on the website, the agreement for the free version is valid for 30 days from the account activation date, and it will automatically extend for successive 30-day periods unless either party notifies the other party of termination before each validity period expires. Electronic communications serve as complete evidence of the legal relationships and communications between the parties.
• EAZYBILLS retains full ownership of the EazyBill services and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. You acknowledge and agree that EAZYBILLS holds all legal rights, titles, and interests in the EazyBill services, including intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered and regardless of their geographical location. The EazyBill services may contain proprietary and confidential information protected by intellectual property and other laws, including copyright. You agree not to use such proprietary information or materials except as permitted in this agreement. No part of the EazyBill services may be reproduced unless expressly permitted in these terms and conditions. The Software is licensed to you by EAZYBILLS and not sold, to be used in compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, including any future replacements or amendments.
• You explicitly understand and agree that the documents available through the Software (drafts, templates, and samples) are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EAZYBILLS does not guarantee or warrant that these documents comply with applicable laws in any jurisdiction. EAZYBILLS makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, usefulness, completeness, or reliability of these documents. The availability of documents or specific features may vary by language or country, and EAZYBILLS does not guarantee their suitability for use in any particular location or for any specific purpose. If you choose to access, use, or modify the documents, you do so at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and the consequences of using, transmitting, or publishing the documents. EAZYBILLS does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, healthcare, real estate, or any other professional services or advice, and it is not liable for any documents or content used, transmitted, or published by you.
• This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and EazyBill, supersedes any previous understandings, whether written or verbal, pertaining to     the subject matter herein, and encompasses all the understandings between the parties.
